Position Summary:

The Impact Healthcare Partner is responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and industry partners to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote the company’s products and services. This role combines sales expertise, market knowledge, and relationship-building skills to deliver innovative solutions that address the needs of healthcare providers, payers, and partners.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development and Management: o
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Establish mutually beneficial partnerships to expand the company’s market reach.
  • Regularly engage partners to align business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Conduct daily virtual sales calls to establish new business relationships and maintain existing ones with referral sources in the medical community.
  • Meet with customers virtually to identify needs, build relationships, and drive business growth.
  • Generate leads, provide accurate information on services, negotiate contracts, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Territory Coverage & Cross-Functional Support Responsibilities
  • Serve as the designated point of contact for temporarily open or transition territories as assigned.
  • Maintain business continuity by managing partner relationships, responding to customer needs, and sustaining ongoing sales activities within those territories.
  • Collaborate with outgoing representatives and their sales leaders to understand the status, nuances, and strategic priorities of the assigned territory.
  • Participate in structured handoff calls to learn current opportunities, pipeline status, key accounts, challenges, and partner expectations.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions by briefing incoming representatives on territory activities conducted during the coverage period, including updates on key accounts, open opportunities, and follow up actions.
  • Assist in partner introductions and continuity communications where appropriate.
  • Demonstrate a high level of adaptability to shifting territory needs and changing business priorities.
  • Maintain exceptional organization in documenting territory activity, recording partner interactions, and tracking follow up items to ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Navigate multiple workflows efficiently while balancing assigned Impact Care Partner responsibilities with temporary territory demands.
  • Sales Strategy Execution:
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through effective partner engagement.
  • Design and implement sales strategies tailored to each partner’s needs.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Market Insights and Analysis:
  • Research and monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments.
  • Leverage insights to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to influence product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer success, to deliver a seamless partner experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting:
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner sales.
  • Use CRM tools to maintain up-to-date records of partner interactions and pipeline activities.
  • Analyze results and recommend improvements for future growth.
  • Other Duties:
  • Maintains patient confidentiality and functions within the guidelines of HIPAA.
  • Completes assigned compliance training and other education programs as required.
  • Maintains compliance with AdaptHealth's Compliance Program.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Retain knowledge of and consistently adhere to procedures for the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), infection control and hazardous materials handling.
  • Participates in obtaining prescribing provider orders/signatures for appropriate documentation and original prescriptions while on-site when the Intake team is unable to do so.

Requirements:

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience in B2B or B2C Sales.
  • Experience preferred in developing and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Three (3) years of work-related experience is required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Must be able to bend, stoop, stretch, stand, and sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and/or fingers due to extensive computer use.
  • Work environment may be stressful at times, as overall office activities and work levels fluctuate.
  • Subject to long periods of sitting and exposure to computer screen.
  • May be exposed to hazardous materials, loud noise, extreme heat/cold, direct, or indirect contact with airborne, bloodborne, and/or other potentially infectious pathogen.
  • May be exposed to angry or irate customers, patients, or referral sources.
  • Ability to utilize a personal computer and other office equipment.
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds as needed.
  • Physical and mental ability to perform essential functions of the position.
  • Ability to travel as needed
