- Lead technical programs from discovery and roadmap development through UAT, launch, and ongoing optimization, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value.
- Drive post-merger and other complex integration programs by aligning technical milestones, evaluating system flows, and coordinating dependencies across multiple teams.
- Partner with technical teams to design and configure integrated solutions across CRM, core product systems, and third-party applications.
- Identify process friction, system gaps, bottlenecks, and scalability challenges, recommending long-term solutions aligned with broader business objectives.
- Build consensus and influence technical decisions across Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholder groups without relying on formal reporting authority.
- Act as a key execution partner across technical teams, ensuring roadmaps contain well-defined, prioritized initiatives and projects progress effectively through Agile/Kanban delivery cycles.
- Establish strong project documentation, system design practices, and delivery standards while providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues involved in complex initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, Technical Consultant, or in a comparable role supporting large-scale enterprise transformations, including at least 4 years leading complex multi-system initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience working with end-to-end enterprise workflows involving CRM, CPQ, contract management, billing, revenue recognition, and related business processes.
- Strong understanding of data models, schemas, API structures, integration patterns, and enterprise system architecture.
- Proven experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Jira Product Discovery.
- Experience leading M&A integrations or similarly complex enterprise system transformation initiatives is highly valued.
- Ability to operate at a staff or senior level, influencing strategic decisions and driving alignment across multiple teams without direct authority.
- Strong technical program management skills, with the ability to manage initiatives from discovery and planning through implementation, UAT, and rollout.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to navigating ambiguity and translating complex systems challenges into practical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly to business and executive audiences.
- Collaborative, autonomous, and proactive working style, with the judgment to determine when to independently solve a systems challenge and when to engage specialized technical resources.
- Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new first-party and third-party technologies and business applications.
- Base salary range of $159,200–$217,000 USD, depending on location, skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors.
