This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Financial Analyst based in the United States.
As a Financial Analyst, you will examine financial data and turn it into clear insights that support business decisions and financial planning.
You will play an important role across the full order-to-cash cycle, with particular focus on accounts receivable, collections, and revenue recognition.
The position combines financial analysis, accounting, reporting, and business partnership in a detail-oriented environment.
You will contribute to month-end and quarter-end close activities while preparing accurate reports and reconciliations for senior leadership.
You will also support audits, financial reviews, special projects, and ad hoc analysis as business needs evolve.
Strong analytical thinking, financial modeling, and communication skills will enable you to make a meaningful impact.

- Build strong relationships with business units and provide responsive, high-quality financial support and customer service.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by analyzing financial results, preparing journal entries, and completing detailed balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reporting and insights for senior management, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and actionable.
- Monitor and analyze deferred maintenance, hardware, software, and revenue streams to support accurate financial reporting.
- Support accounts receivable, collections, and order-to-cash activities while contributing to accurate revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS 15.
- Prepare documentation and respond to information requests during quarterly financial reviews and annual audits.
- Develop financial models and perform analysis to support financial planning, decision-making, and business performance evaluation.
- Contribute to special projects, ad hoc reporting, and other analytical initiatives as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a closely related discipline.
- Completion of, or active progress toward, a professional accounting designation such as CPA.
- Strong financial modeling capabilities and confidence working with financial data and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify trends and translate financial information into useful insights.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles, accounts receivable, financial close processes, and IFRS 15 is highly valuable.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000.
