This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultant based in India.

In this customer-facing role, you will help design and implement quality and manufacturing applications that improve efficiency, compliance, and productivity.
You will work directly with life sciences customers to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable, practical solutions.
The role combines functional consulting, solution design, configuration, documentation, and collaboration across multiple project workstreams.
You will gain hands-on exposure to regulated GxP environments and modern quality management platforms while supporting customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Success requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to move quickly from business requirements to effective solutions.

Accountabilities
  • Participate in customer projects involving the design and deployment of quality and manufacturing applications within life sciences organizations.
  • Support Functional Analysts during workshops and contribute to customer discussions covering quality management, quality documentation, and training processes.
  • Design, prototype, configure, and document quality and content management solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Configure quality management applications, including workflows, document types, security settings, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, formatted outputs, and notifications.
  • Apply out-of-the-box functionality and established best practices when developing solution strategies and configurations.
  • Assess the impact of requested changes on existing configurations and collaborate with stakeholders to determine appropriate solutions efficiently.
  • Represent the professional services function across multiple engagements and workstreams, including solution design, configuration, data migration, and systems integration.
  • Translate business requirements into practical technical and functional solutions while maintaining a strong focus on usability, quality, and compliance.
  • Contribute to successful project delivery from initial discovery and design through implementation and completion.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and help ensure positive outcomes throughout the full engagement lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence participating in customer-facing discussions and workshops.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, analysts, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized approach to managing multiple priorities and project activities.
  • Ability to work with speed and initiative, understand business needs quickly, and take a hands-on approach to solution design and implementation.
  • Exposure to life sciences compliance requirements and computer systems validation practices.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple projects, engagements, and workstreams in a consulting environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer engagements, with convenient access to an airport.
  • Legal authorization to work in India; employment visa sponsorship is not provided.
  • Knowledge of quality operations within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries is highly desirable.
  • Customer-facing consulting or implementation experience in regulated environments is an advantage.
