Twisted Torch Harley-Davidson is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, organized, hard-working Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team!

This position plays an important role in keeping our Parts, Service, Sales, and MotorClothes departments moving. We need someone who takes pride in staying organized, works with a sense of urgency, and understands that getting the right part to the right place at the right time matters.

What You'll DoReceive incoming parts, accessories, MotorClothes, merchandise, and other dealership shipmentsVerify shipments against packing slips and purchase ordersInspect incoming merchandise for shortages, damage, or discrepanciesAccurately check parts and merchandise into our inventory systemLabel, organize, stock, and distribute incoming items to the appropriate departmentsStage and organize parts for the Service Department and techniciansPrepare outgoing packages, returns, warranty items, and other shipmentsMaintain an organized and clean shipping/receiving and storage areaAssist with inventory counts and inventory controlHelp identify and correct inventory discrepanciesCommunicate with Parts, Service, Sales, and MotorClothes when orders arriveHelp keep dealership operations flowing efficientlyAssist the Parts Department and other departments as neededWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:
