Job Title: Associate Maintenance Technician | 3rd Shift
Shift/Schedule: AWS Third Shift 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Pay: Base = $27.5/hr. (+ based on experience)

Position Overview:

The Associate Maintenance Technician performs basic repairs and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment while building technical skills under supervision.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and support repairs
  • Help conduct equipment trial runs and ensure proper operation
  • Report equipment issues and safety concerns
  • Maintain tools, parts inventory, and accurate work logs
  • Support team efforts to minimize downtime
  • Follow safety standards and GMP guidelines
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Basic math, computer, and documentation skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret manuals and safety guidelines
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
