JOB SUMMARY |
The Financial Assistance Representative is responsible for assisting patients with their medical bills to determine possibility of insurance eligibility, payment arrangement options or charity determination. The Financial Assistance Representative works very closely with the Business Office, the Clinics and the Eligibility Assistance Vendor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS |
Minimum Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Work Experience
- No previous experience
Required Licenses/Certifications
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Answer telephones
- Compose letters/memorandums
- Coordinate schedules
