Job Description
Regency Insurance Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying client needs, and helping individuals and families protect what matters most.
As a Personal Lines Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business, quoting and binding policies, cross-selling additional coverage, and delivering outstanding service throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate is proactive, driven to achieve results, and committed to providing personalized insurance solutions.

Compensation:$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through inbound leads
- Quote, sell, and bind personal lines insurance products
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate coverage based on each client's situation and risk profile
- Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, and insurance best practices
- Follow established sales processes and consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals
- Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, underwriting requirements, and industry trends
Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
Ability to identify customer needs and present suitable insurance solutions
Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM or agency management systems
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Proven success in achieving sales goals, generating referrals, and growing a book of business
