Hours of work: Mondays - Fridays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 Hours/Week Mechanical Engineer I responsible for designs of current products, minor calculations, contacting vendors for quotes. Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to) Working with current designs through the use of AutoCAD 3DPerforming minor calculations such as (weights) Using existing spreadsheets for the completion of calculationsCopying and completing datasheets for parts procurementAssist designers to obtain 3D vendor drawings of partsCreates 3D Models from existing equipment for submittals to the ClientOrganizing specifications and drawings in the proper place for Engineering team to reviewAssist in creating/copying proposal drawings on timeAnswering minor questions on equipment designQualifications Associates degree (A.A.), or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is requiredBachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is preferred0-2 years Engineering experience is required1 year of working in an Engineering environment is preferred
