Standard Occupational category EPIC is to categorize all the existing and new job postings in Insight based on the Department of Labor’s standard occupational categories.
Examples of Duties
Standard Occupational category EPIC is to categorize all the existing and new job postings in Insight based on the Department of Labor’s standard occupational categories. A machine learning model will assign a standard occupational category to a job based on the description, qualification, etc. of that job. A confidence rating will also be generated based on how confident the model is that the occupational category is accurate. The occupational category and confidence rating will display on the job posting and users will be prompted to review any occupational categories that are rated as low confidence. The occupational category will be synced with Attract and will be used by the Virtual Recruiter feature to send automated emails to potential candidates that are a potential match for that job if the job application health is trending low.
