This role is focused on ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality processing and distribution of client communications across domestic and international channels. You will manage orders from initial processing through successful completion, while proofreading, formatting, and quality-checking content before distribution. The position combines editorial precision, operational coordination, and client service in a fast-paced environment. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve requests, and maintain consistently high service standards. Strong attention to detail and excellent English skills will be essential as you handle multiple priorities and time-sensitive deliverables. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to reporting, process improvements, and the effective delivery of communication services.

Accountabilities:
  • Process, proofread, format, and distribute client copy across domestic and international circuits, ensuring content is delivered accurately and within the required timelines.
  • Verify that content is distributed to the correct circuit at the specified time and that website submissions contain the appropriate media assets, industry, subject, and geographic coding.
  • Review press releases and related content for syntax, punctuation, formatting, attribution, regulatory requirements, accuracy, and overall acceptability without creating content from scratch.
  • Manage client orders through successful completion while understanding client needs, providing editorial guidance, and delivering a consistently high standard of service.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders by responding effectively to requests, understanding objectives, and supporting initiatives that improve client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account information, orders, correspondence, and related activities within workflow management systems.
  • Prioritize and fulfill jobs correctly, ensuring team targets, quality standards, service timelines, and departmental procedures are consistently met.
  • Quickly learn and effectively use relevant support tools, workflow systems, and operational platforms to process customer requests and manage daily activities.
  • Maintain website service feeds and ensure incoming feeds are accurately mapped and functioning as required.
  • Contribute to ROI reporting and other operational reporting that demonstrates service value and supports continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bring at least 3 years of experience in content editing, proofreading, client relationships, or a closely related operational or communications environment.
  • Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, including strong grammar, syntax, punctuation, and editing abilities.
  • Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Have a customer-centric mindset and a genuine commitment to providing responsive, accurate, and high-quality service.
  • Be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and client requirements may change.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and build productive working relationships.
  • Show strong judgment and consistency when reviewing content, handling client requests, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Be comfortable learning new systems, support tools, and workflow processes and applying them accurately in a time-sensitive operational environment.
  • Be comfortable working from 2:30 p.m. IST to 12:00 a.m. IST, Sunday through Thursday.
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to work in a global, collaborative environment focused on communications, media intelligence, and client engagement.
  • Exposure to international content distribution workflows and a broad range of client communications.
  • A role combining editorial work, operations, quality assurance, client service, and reporting responsibilities.
  • Opportunities to develop expertise in communication distribution platforms, workflow systems, and operational processes.
  • An inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives, collaboration, curiosity, and innovation.
  • The opportunity to contribute to high-quality service delivery while developing strong stakeholder-management and operational skills.
  • Remote work in India, with working hours aligned to the specified 2:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. IST, Sunday–Thursday schedule.
