Job Description
In search of the unofficial mayor of Nashville. As the Concierge you are the go-to person when those in your circle are looking for the perfect spot for a specific occasion. Best florists? Not a problem. Hidden cocktail bars? You have a list of several and know who to call to get a table. From shopping to sporting events to Instagram-worthy backdrops, you love helping people create special and unique experiences.
Requested Tasks
-Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
-Answer phone and email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner
-Offer restaurant and activity recommendations and assist guest in arranging excursions
-Receive and redirect mail, phone calls and packages
-Ensure guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times
Requested Capabilities
-Approachable and personable personality; guest-first mentality
-Keen understanding of the property, surrounding amenities
-Ability to partner with outside businesses in order to make thoughtful recommendations
