What You'll Do:

• Welcome Clients: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for clients, both in person and over the phone.
• Manage Client Accurately enter and maintain confidential client information in our systems, adhering to all compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate Services: Communicate and collaborate with various teams to initiate services for prospective clients.
• Provide Support: Address client inquiries with empathy and provide accurate information to assist them effectively.
