Job Description
Description:
Step into leadership with The Arc Western Montana!
We’re looking for two compassionate, dependable people to join the Easy St and South Hills Group Homes as Shift Leads, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a safe, respectful, inclusive environment.
Easy St is a fun home with Clients who enjoy engagement and activities - if you love soccer in the backyard, listening to Shaina Twain or art & crafts, you can bring your passions to work every day!
South Hills' residents enjoy drives around town and getting outside, including outings to Shakespeare in the Park! This is a great home to expand your experience with client behaviors in a well-run home.
In this position, you’ll work directly with Clients, guide your teammates, and help keep our homes running smoothly during evening and weekend shifts. You won’t be managing a team, but you will be a key resource others rely on.
