The Guest Experience Coordinator plays an essential role in creating thoughtful, personalized experiences throughout every stage of the guest journey.
Serving as both a welcoming presence and a behind-the-scenes experience curator, this role anticipates guest needs, coordinates meaningful details, and ensures each interaction reflects the warmth, character, and spirit of the hotel. With a particular focus on VIPs, special occasions, and personalized stays, the Guest Experience Coordinator partners across the hotel to create seamless moments that feel effortless, genuine, and memorable.
- Previous experience in a luxury, lifestyle, or full-service hotel environment highly preferred
- Naturally warm, polished, approachable, and service-minded
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful problem-solver with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism when assisting VIPs and handling sensitive guest information
