Nick the Greek is coming to Tyler, and we're looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Front of House Team Members to join our opening team!
EXPECTED SHIFTS STARTING 10/12. This timeline is subject to change based on construction.

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be one of the first faces our guests see and play an important role in creating a fast, friendly, and welcoming experience.

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service.

• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently.

• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card transactions.

• Answer questions about the menu and help guests with their orders.

• Prepare and package orders accurately.

• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized front-of-house area.

• Assist with dining room cleanliness, including tables, floors, trash, and beverage areas.

• Restock supplies and complete assigned opening, shift, and closing duties.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members.

• Work with a sense of urgency during busy periods.

• Help wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

• Friendly, positive, and comfortable interacting with guests.

• Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Ability to stand and move throughout the scheduled shift.

• Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Reliable transportation.

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
