• Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain software components that support business applications and product functionality, following established coding standards and engineering practices.
• Feature Implementation: Take ownership of well-defined development tasks and progressively contribute to the implementation of small features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Full-Stack Engineering: Support backend and frontend development activities, working with relevant technologies to build functional, maintainable, and reliable applications.
• API and Database Development: Develop and maintain REST APIs, work with JSON-based data exchange, and interact with relational databases using SQL to support application functionality.
• Code Quality and Testing: Apply software testing best practices, validate functionality, identify defects, and contribute to maintaining high standards of code quality and reliability.
• Development Tools and Processes: Build proficiency with source control systems, code editors, build tools, testing frameworks, and other resources used throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Application Architecture: Develop a deeper understanding of assigned application components, their dependencies, and their role within the broader software architecture.
• Secure Coding Practices: Follow defensive programming principles and contribute to identifying and addressing potential application vulnerabilities in line with established security standards.
• Continuous Integration and Deployment: Collaborate with engineering teams to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes, contributing to efficient software delivery.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with peers, technical leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, share progress updates, and deliver assigned tasks on schedule.
• Feedback and Continuous Learning: Incorporate feedback from code reviews and team discussions, learn from technical challenges, and continuously improve development skills and engineering practices.

• Professional Experience: 1–3 years of professional software development experience, preferably in a product-based or technology-driven environment.
• Programming Skills: Strong programming fundamentals and an object-oriented mindset, with the ability to write readable, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Backend Development: Experience with .NET technologies is required as a relevant skill area, with C#, ASP.NET MVC, or other backend frameworks considered valuable.
• Database Knowledge: Working knowledge of SQL, relational database concepts, data modeling, and basic database operations.
• API and Data Formats: Understanding of REST APIs and JSON, including how applications exchange data and communicate with external services.
• Frontend Development: Familiarity with JavaScript fundamentals and modern frontend technologies. Experience with Vue.js is an advantage.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical thinking and debugging skills, with the ability to break down technical problems and develop practical solutions.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: An appreciation for software quality and a willingness to take responsibility for testing applications and validating code changes.
• Security Awareness: Familiarity with secure development practices and OWASP principles is an advantage.
• DevOps and Cloud Knowledge: Interest in DevOps practices, continuous integration and deployment, and cloud technologies. Experience with Azure DevOps or Azure Functions is beneficial.
• Development Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and collaborative engineering workflows is a plus.
