Job Description
DarkStar Intelligence seeks a talented Business Analyst to provide expert acquisition and sustainment planning, strategy, and development support to the PM MAGTF C2 program office. This position focuses on advising Assistant Program Managers, product managers, and team leads while reviewing and staffing acquisition and sustainment documents developed by MAGTF C2 Integrated Product Teams. The selected candidate will perform compliance reviews of procurement documents, develop program schedules and executive briefs, and ensure conformance with federal, OSD, DON, and Marine Corps Systems Command acquisition policies. This role supports the full acquisition documentation lifecycle, including schedule development, configuration control of portfolio roadmaps and dashboards, SOP development, and preparation of decision and information briefs for senior leadership.

Responsibilities
- Provide acquisition and sustainment planning, strategy, and development services to APMs, product managers, and team leads; review and staff acquisition and sustainment documents developed by MAGTF C2 IPTs.
- Perform compliance reviews of correspondence and procurement documents (APs, acquisition strategies, SOWs, PWSs, task books, external CDRLs, taskers).
- Identify non-compliance with federal, OSD, DON, and MCSC acquisition policies and recommend corrections.
- Draft/revise program schedules (MS Project), spreadsheets (Excel), and briefs (PowerPoint); support quarterly PMRs and milestone/annual value-assessment briefs.
- Review documents for accuracy, grammar, and punctuation; conduct acronym reviews.
- Attend internal meetings, record action items, and track resolution.
- Draft high-level executive briefs for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Maintain configuration control of portfolio capability roadmaps, IMSs, and dashboards.
- Draft/revise SOPs; manage ETMS2 taskers; prepare decision/information briefs; route documents for signature; prepare weekly schedule inputs; record meeting minutes.
