Youth Sports Camp Coach in Farmington, Minnesota at DASH SPORTS LLC

$20–$23/hour | 5–20 hours/week

DASH Sports is looking for energetic, dependable, and positive coaches to lead youth sports programs in the STMA, Zimmerman, Princeton, and Big Lake area. Our coaches help kids learn new skills, stay active, build confidence, and most importantly, have fun!

Camps run primarily Monday-Thursday between 2 and 7pm, and Saturday mornings

We offer programs in basketball, soccer, flag football, volleyball, and other youth sports for children ranging from Pre-K through elementary school.

• Lead fun and engaging sports programs for Pre-K and elementary-aged children
• Teach basic skills, rules, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Keep kids active, involved, and having a great experience
• Create a positive and inclusive environment for all participants
• Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and the DASH team
• Arrive prepared and on time for every scheduled program

Previous coaching or sports experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training and support to help you succeed.
