Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field, healthcare administration, business
administration, education, or a related field is preferred.
2. Experience in healthcare, orthopedics and sports medicine is highly preferred.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
6. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians, fellows, faculty, and
administrative staff.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment.
9. The candidate must have the ability to communicate and interact positively with a wide variety
of people from different members of the team.
10. Must be proficient with the English language, both verbally and in writing.
