Corporate Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Account Executive based in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to help accelerate growth in the B2B SaaS market by building relationships with mid-sized and large organizations. You will own the full sales cycle, from proactive prospecting and pipeline development to negotiating and closing complex software deals. Working with companies ranging from 300 to 2,500 employees, you will engage diverse decision-makers and demonstrate how innovative web technology can solve business challenges. You will collaborate closely with sales development, solutions engineering, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver consultative, value-driven sales experiences. The role offers the opportunity to influence outbound sales strategies, refine best practices, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This is a remote-first, full-time position for candidates based in the United States' Central or Eastern time zones, with occasional travel and an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, account planning, targeted messaging, and collaboration with sales development representatives.

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from identifying high-potential prospects and conducting discovery meetings to presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

  • Engage companies with approximately 300–2,500 employees, identifying opportunities for software contracts with an emphasis on deals worth $75,000 or more in annual contract value (ACV).

  • Conduct thorough, consultative discovery to understand customers' business objectives, technical requirements, organizational challenges, and decision-making processes.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders across prospect and customer organizations, including technical and non-technical decision-makers.

  • Communicate the platform's vision, value proposition, and capabilities effectively, positioning solutions around customer needs and measurable business outcomes.

  • Negotiate annual and multi-year software agreements while maintaining a customer-focused approach and achieving sales targets.

  • Partner with solutions engineers and cross-functional teams across marketing, product, design, education, and engineering to deliver tailored sales strategies and compelling customer experiences.

  • Collaborate with customer success teams to support effective onboarding, strengthen customer relationships, and establish a strong foundation for long-term value.

  • Test, measure, and refine outbound sales strategies to improve conversion rates, establish repeatable best practices, and support the continued growth of the corporate sales segment.

  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and AI-driven tools, identifying opportunities to improve sales productivity, accelerate outcomes, and enhance collaboration.

  • Travel up to 25% of the time, primarily for onboarding, industry events, and internal team gatherings.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience closing complex SaaS deals, managing full-cycle sales processes, and navigating multi-stakeholder purchasing decisions.

  • Proven success balancing outbound pipeline generation with active opportunity management and deal execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative discovery, uncover business and technical needs, and connect customer challenges to appropriate solutions.

  • A strong track record of closing software opportunities worth $50,000 or more in annual contract value (ACV).

  • Experience prospecting strategically, developing account plans, crafting targeted outreach, and engaging decision-makers through cold messaging and other outbound methods.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.

  • A data-driven mindset and willingness to test, track, evaluate, and continuously improve sales processes.

  • Ability to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interest in no-code technology, web design, web development, or digital experience platforms is highly desirable.

  • Curiosity about emerging technologies and a proactive approach to adopting AI tools and developing practical AI fluency.

  • A collaborative, customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to building trust, sharing success, embracing innovation, and delivering measurable outcomes.

  • Must reside in the Central or Eastern United States time zones. Candidates based in Hawaii, Pacific, or Mountain time zones should apply to the corresponding Western-region opportunity instead.

  • Must have valid authorization to work in the country of employment. Any offer may be contingent on successfully completing a background check, in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Availability to attend an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, California, and travel as required.

Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation: Estimated U.S. on-target earnings (OTE) of $195,000–$230,000 annually, including base salary and target sales commissions. Final compensation depends on geographic location, experience, qualifications, and skills.

  • Equity ownership: Restricted stock units (RSUs) for permanent employees, providing an opportunity to share in the company's long-term growth.

  • Comprehensive healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents, with the employer covering most premiums.

  • Retirement savings: A 401(k) plan with a 100% employer match on eligible contributions, up to $6,000 annually in the United States.

  • Flexible time off: Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to support rest, well-being, and work-life balance.

  • Paid parental leave: 12 weeks of paid leave for all parents, plus at least 6 additional weeks for birthing parents.

  • Inclusive family support: Resources for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.

  • Mental health and wellness: Access to mental health resources, therapy, coaching, and wellness support.

  • Monthly stipends: Financial support for eligible work-related and wellness expenses, including internet connectivity and fitness.

  • Annual bonus opportunities: Eligibility for the annual WIN bonus program for qualifying full-time, permanent, non-commission employees.

  • Remote-first flexibility: Work remotely from an eligible U.S. location within the Central or Eastern time zones, with opportunities to collaborate in person during onboarding, events, and team gatherings.

  • Professional growth: Opportunities to influence sales strategy, develop repeatable prospecting practices, and contribute to the expansion of a growing corporate sales segment.
