- 5+ years of experience in research, editorial strategy, audience insights, or data-driven content roles.

- Familiarity with data tools, audience analytics, or AI-assisted research methods is a plus.
- Competitive salary ranging from CAD $120,000 to $155,000 annually, based on experience and seniority.
- Annual discretionary bonus in addition to base compensation.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and wellness benefits package.
- Remote or hybrid work flexibility depending on location.
- Paid time off and support for work-life balance.
- Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, award-winning media and digital content environment.
- Access to professional development in research, editorial strategy, and audience growth.
- Collaborative and innovative culture focused on impact, learning, and experimentation.
