As a Weekend RN, you’ll provide hands-on clinical care, supervise staff, support families, and help ensure our residents receive the highest level of care every weekend.

- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents/patients with compassion and professionalism
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate updates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans for long-term healthcare needs
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Complete clinical documentation including assessments, orders, progress notes, and medication records
- Observe and report changes in resident condition or medication reactions promptly
- Assist with emergency response situations, including CPR when necessary
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company clinical regulations and standards
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and resident rights
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Reliable attendance and commitment to weekend scheduling

Requirements:Qualifications
Education
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.
Licenses/Certification
Current RN Licensure in the State employed.
Valid CPR Certification.
Experience
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
