Job Description
At Prairie Hills Animal Hospital, we believe veterinary medicine is about more than medicine. It is about hospitality, compassion, communication, and creating experiences that make both pets and people feel cared for.
We are seeking a Veterinary Boarding Facility Manager who understands that boarding is not simply pet sitting. It is building trust with families who are placing beloved companions in our care.
This role is ideal for a highly organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves both animals and people, and takes pride in creating systems, coaching teams, and ensuring exceptional service. The manager is also a vital driver of growth so comfort with social media photography and posts is helpful.
If you are the kind of person who notices the details, values teamwork, communicates with kindness, and believes in clean, organized, compassionate care matters — we would love to meet you.
