The IT Production Systems Team is responsible for ERP, MES, and SCADA systems required to operate the Production Center. Within our team, we are seeking an SAP Basis Administrator to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our SAP systems and applications in alignment with our business objectives. This role is specifically designed to oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our SAP systems.


• Manage and maintain SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud systems for the enterprise.
• Perform regular health checks and troubleshooting for all SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud systems.
• Apply patches and upgrades to SAP systems as required.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team and other team members in system design and implementation.
• Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular system performance tuning and optimization.
• Provide key user training and support as needed.
• Document SAP processes and system changes.
• Collaborate with the SAP AMS and development teams to ensure optimal performance of SAP applications.
• Monitor cloud environments, ensuring compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
• Interface directly with key business customers and other IT organizations relevant to process definition, planning, system integration, testing, and hyper care during ramp-up
• Contribute to designing and support of integration activities across entire ERP ecosystem including data lifecycle management and security integration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred, OR at least eight (8) years of IT enterprise application administration and deployment experience in lieu of degree.
• At least ten years of experience in managing and supporting SAP systems, including ECC, S/4HANA, NetWeaver, and various SAP products.
• At least five years of experience in SAP Basis operations, with at least two years in an SAP RISE or GROW cloud environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP applications, system architecture and network configuration to manage and monitor SAP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and quickly resolve SAP system issues and errors.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate system documentation and adhering to SAP system maintenance schedules.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest SAP updates, patches, and best practices.
• Experience in performing SAP upgrades and migrations effectively and with minimal disruption to the business.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, along with agile methodologies.
• Ability to work with others efficiently and effectively in a dynamic greenfield environment.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically, ensuring alignment between short-term tasks and long-term objectives.
• Travel: Applicants should expect that the role requires the ability to convene with colleagues in person and be able to travel to participate in events on behalf of the company as needed. This includes Domestic and International travel up to 15%, passport required.
