BASIC FUNCTION :

Sound working knowledge of Bakery Operations within a retail grocery environment. Effectively and efficiently manages Bakery operations to achieve established sales, marketing and profit goals. Promotes and maintains positive customer and employee relations.

EQUIPMENT/TOOLS OPERATED :

Proficient skill in operation of standard department equipment, which includes mixers, grinders, scales, fryers, knives and sanitizing equipment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT :
