This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and digital transformation initiatives within a collaborative and innovation-driven environment. You will lead the design, customization, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Portal, ITOM, and integration modules. The position involves close interaction with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will contribute to solution architecture, platform enhancements, and ongoing operational improvements while ensuring high delivery standards. The role also provides opportunities to mentor team members, participate in Agile development cycles, and work with modern cloud and automation technologies. It is ideal for a technically strong consultant who enjoys problem-solving, customer engagement, and building impactful enterprise workflows.
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, Service Portal, ITOM modules, Discovery, CMDB, and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into user stories, development tasks, and scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, demonstrations, and technical discussions to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Develop and optimize scripts, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other ServiceNow platform components.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server technologies.
- Perform ongoing Discovery and CMDB maintenance activities to ensure data accuracy and platform reliability.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery cycles.
- Support and mentor junior developers and team members on ServiceNow best practices and technical implementation approaches.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Ensure high-quality project execution while maintaining strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, ITOM (Discovery and CMDB), integrations, and HAM modules.
- Solid experience customizing ServiceNow applications using scripting, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
- Experience building and supporting REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to understand client requirements and transform them into effective technical solutions.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist are preferred.
- Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules such as HRSD or GRC is considered an advantage.
