Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Demo Consultant in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and presales enablement, where you will design and scale the technical foundation behind high-impact product demonstrations used by global solution consulting teams. You will build sophisticated, data-driven demo environments that showcase complex multi-solution capabilities in a seamless and compelling way. Acting as a force multiplier for presales organizations, you will shift demo operations from reactive, custom-built requests toward scalable, automated assets. The role requires deep technical expertise in cloud architecture, APIs, and scripting, combined with a strong product storytelling mindset. You will also integrate AI and automation into demo workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality. This is a highly collaborative, innovation-driven environment where engineering excellence directly influences customer-facing impact and sales effectiveness.
- Architect, engineer, and maintain advanced “gold standard” multi-solution demo environments used by global presales and solution consulting teams.
- Develop automated, data-driven demo systems using Python, APIs, cloud technologies, and platform-specific tooling to ensure scalability and repeatability.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows to streamline demo creation, QA processes, and environment refresh cycles.
- Embed native AI capabilities into demo narratives to enhance storytelling and product demonstration impact.
- Analyze internal request patterns to transition from custom demo builds to reusable, self-service demo assets.
- Define and enforce Proof-of-Concept (POC) standards and technical boundaries for field teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Partner with Product Management to integrate new features into demo environments and provide structured feedback on usability and demo readiness.
- Serve as a technical expert and mentor within the demo operations function, driving knowledge sharing, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- 6+ years of experience in demo operations, application development, or similar technical roles with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); or advanced degree with fewer years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, APIs, cloud technologies, and system integrations to build automated data environments.
- Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., prompt engineering, workflow automation) and CI/CD pipelines to optimize development and deployment cycles.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, data models, system integrations, and data migration concepts.
- Experience with enterprise-scale platforms or implementation environments (Workiva experience strongly preferred).
- Ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, compelling, customer-facing demo experiences.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills in cross-functional and presales environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and drive standardization across global teams.
- Highly self-driven, with a strong bias toward automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- On-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $156,000 to $253,000 annually (US).
- Eligibility for performance-based commission.
- Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) granted at hire.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
- Flexible remote work options within the United States.
- Paid time off and supportive work-life balance policies.
- Opportunity to work on high-impact, AI-driven product innovation initiatives.
- Exposure to cutting-edge presales engineering and enterprise SaaS environments.
- Strong emphasis on learning, collaboration, and technical growth.
