You will act as a critical finance partner across multiple business lines, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with GAAP standards, and high-quality month-end close processes. The position blends hands-on accounting execution with analytical insight and cross-functional collaboration. • Manage end-to-end accounting activities including month-end close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting across assigned business units.
• Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with internal reporting standards and external audit requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to review financial performance, analyze operational metrics, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and forecasting.
• Support budgeting, cash management, and financial planning activities while ensuring accuracy in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and revenue/cost tracking.
• Assist in audit preparation and compliance processes, developing detailed supporting schedules and proactively resolving accounting discrepancies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting workflows, strengthen processes, and address inefficiencies in financial operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong expertise in GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience working with cloud-based ERP systems such as NetSuite or Sage Intacct.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools, with exposure to business intelligence platforms (e.g., Adaptive Planning a plus).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across finance and operational teams.

• Competitive base salary range of $85,000 – $120,000 plus incentive plan
