About the Role:

The Asphalt Maintenance & Sealcoat Technician plays a critical role in preserving and enhancing the longevity and appearance of asphalt surfaces across various commercial and residential properties. This position involves the application of sealcoating materials, crack filling, patching, and other maintenance tasks to protect asphalt from weathering, oxidation, and wear. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in asphalt maintenance, sealcoating, or related construction work.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain equipment such as power brooms, crack filling machines, and sealcoat sprayers safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality standards and address any deficiencies promptly.
• Communicate with supervisors and clients regarding project progress, material needs, and any site-specific concerns.
• Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations related to asphalt maintenance and sealcoating operations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites.
