This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager (Kubernetes / DevSecOps) in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of advanced cloud-native engineering and customer success, focusing on enabling enterprise and regulated organizations to successfully adopt and scale Kubernetes and DevSecOps practices. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through complex platform implementations, modernization initiatives, and secure cloud transformations. The position requires a strong blend of hands-on technical depth and client-facing leadership, with responsibility for ensuring customer outcomes in mission-critical environments. You will work closely with engineering, security, and platform teams to translate requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions. The environment is highly collaborative and technical, with frequent engagement across enterprise stakeholders and engineering teams. This is a remote role offering the opportunity to shape how organizations adopt modern infrastructure at scale, particularly in regulated and high-security sectors.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will serve as the primary technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, ensuring successful adoption of Kubernetes and DevSecOps practices while driving measurable customer outcomes.

  • Lead technical engagement with enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor for Kubernetes and DevSecOps adoption
  • Guide architecture decisions and platform integration strategies within complex, regulated environments
  • Support customers in building, deploying, and scaling Kubernetes-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to resolve issues and optimize platform performance
  • Drive customer success by ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with operational best practices
  • Participate in technical workshops, design reviews, and ongoing account strategy discussions
Requirements:

This position requires strong hands-on cloud-native expertise combined with customer-facing experience and the ability to operate in high-complexity, security-sensitive environments.

  • Customer-facing technical experience in roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
  • Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery workflows
  • Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence platform adoption decisions
  • Experience working in federal, DoD, or other regulated environments is strongly preferred
  • U.S. citizenship required with eligibility to obtain security clearance
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across engineering and customer teams effectively
Benefits:
  • Fully remote position with flexibility across the United States
  • Opportunity to work on mission-critical, high-impact enterprise and regulated environments
  • Exposure to cutting-edge Kubernetes and DevSecOps technologies
  • Collaboration with senior engineering, security, and architecture teams
  • Career growth in a highly technical, customer-facing strategic role
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise
  • Opportunity to influence large-scale platform adoption and modernization initiatives
  • Dynamic environment focused on technical excellence and customer success
