  • Create and maintain performance reports and dashboards, turning affiliate data into clear recommendations for business growth.
  • Contribute to the broader growth strategy by sharing affiliate insights, market trends, partner feedback, and opportunities for expansion.
Requirements

  • Proven ability to optimize affiliate processes and campaigns for performance, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluent professional English.
  • Goal-oriented approach with a high level of ownership, accountability, and commitment to measurable outcomes.
  • Strong execution mindset, with the ability to balance hands-on delivery, strategic planning, and longer-term growth initiatives.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment where priorities may shift quickly.
  • Humble, open-minded approach with a willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve.
  • Comfortable working with advertising products involving uncensored or adult-oriented content.
  • Experience configuring complex affiliate tracking systems, including server-to-server postbacks and ad-server integrations, is a strong advantage.
