  • Review project plans, implementation roadmaps, schedules, presentations, spreadsheets, and related work products for accuracy, completeness, clarity, and practicality.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, unclear dependencies, unrealistic timelines, and other issues that could affect successful implementation.
  • Assess whether AI-generated outputs appropriately address objectives, milestones, resources, stakeholders, dependencies, and execution requirements.
  • Identify factual, structural, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation issues across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
  • Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback to improve the quality and usefulness of AI-generated outputs.
  • Apply consistent evaluation standards while using professional judgment to assess complex program and implementation scenarios.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with relevant stakeholders and work independently to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality evaluation standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in program management, project management, implementation planning, operations, or a closely related field.
  • Strong practical understanding of program planning, implementation methodologies, project execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and delivery frameworks.
  • Native or professional-level fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to evaluate complex plans and identify execution risks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to assess documents for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and practical feasibility.
  • Ability to provide concise, structured, and constructive feedback based on defined evaluation criteria.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly presentation and document tools such as Google Slides.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment while managing priorities and deadlines.
  • An advanced degree, such as a Master’s degree or higher, from a reputable institution is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive contract compensation of $80–$120 per hour.
  • Fully remote work environment.
  • Flexible, asynchronous working structure.
  • Opportunity to apply program management and implementation expertise to emerging AI technologies.
  • Meaningful contribution to improving the accuracy, reliability, and practical usefulness of AI-generated planning materials.
  • Exposure to diverse program management scenarios and evolving AI evaluation methodologies.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the development of high-quality AI training and evaluation workflows.
  • Independent work environment with flexibility around managing assignments and deadlines.
