Responsibilities

Mythics is Oracle's largest North American partner. We sell Oracle managed services, implementation, and integration to commercial enterprises across the US. SpearMC and SmartERP operate under the Mythics umbrella and lead globally in PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud services. We are hiring an experienced Business Development Representative in Bangalore to support our US-based sales motion.

Responsibilities

Microsoft Copilot Studio & Automation

  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents to support business and operational processes.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective conversational AI solutions.
  • Monitor agent performance, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize user experiences.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Extract, analyze, transform, and validate data from multiple business systems.
  • Develop recurring and ad-hoc operational reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Perform data cleansing, manipulation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Generate insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Establish data governance and reporting best practices.
  • Operations Excellence
  • Support business operations through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Finance, Sales Operations, Delivery, and Leadership.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and reporting frameworks.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with US-based teams and provide operational support during overlapping business hours.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure successful project execution.


Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Data Analytics, Sales Operations, or related fields.
  • Experience managing 1-5 employees supporting operational activities.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including creating and managing Copilot agents.
  • Experience developing operational metrics, KPIs, and business reporting.
  • Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) and/or Salesforce.
  • Experience with Power BI for dashboard development and business intelligence reporting. (Preferred)
  • Exposure to Tableau for data visualization and analytics. (Preferred)
  • Experience working with global teams, including US-based stakeholders. (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong data analysis, data manipulation, and reporting skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps. (Preferred)
  • Understanding of AI-driven business process automation. (Preferred)
