The role is responsible for designing, developing, and evolving modern web applications while providing technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. You will contribute to architecture decisions, ensure code quality, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

• Develop and define the architecture of modern, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.
• Build and consume REST APIs, contributing to API contract definition and backend integration strategies.
• Lead technical decisions and implementation approaches aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring ecosystem technologies.
• Design and implement scalable solutions based on microservices architecture.
• Ensure delivery quality through automated testing strategies, including unit, component, and UI tests.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance, mentoring, and best practices to less experienced developers.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, improve system performance, and support continuous application evolution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments to define technical solutions and development standards.
• Establish and promote engineering practices related to architecture, coding standards, maintainability, and performance.

The ideal candidate is an experienced full-stack engineer with strong frontend expertise, especially in React and TypeScript, combined with solid backend knowledge in Java and Spring. You should have experience designing scalable applications, leading technical discussions, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

• Strong professional experience in full-stack development, with advanced frontend expertise and technical ownership.
• Advanced experience with React, including hooks, component architecture, and frontend design decisions.
• Solid experience with TypeScript, including advanced typing concepts such as generics and utility types.
• Experience defining and implementing state management strategies using solutions such as Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of frontend styling approaches, including CSS-in-JS, Styled Components, Tailwind, or advanced SCSS.
• Experience designing and implementing BFF (Backend for Frontend) solutions.
• Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs with focus on performance and usability.
• Experience with automated testing practices using tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, and React Testing Library.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+ (experience with Java 17 or 21 is a plus).
• Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Experience with NestJS.
• Experience with Git-based version control workflows.
• Ability to conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and act as a technical reference.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work collaboratively in agile teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with end-to-end testing tools such as Cypress or Playwright.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
