Our work is fast-paced and demands both energy and flexibility. We are looking to add IT Operations Administrator to our team in India who would thrive in these conditions.
Requirements:- Support users for issues related to Windows, Office365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
- Perform administration of SharePoint.
- Act as first level support for technical issues raised by users.
- Coordinate with MSP to ensure that all tickets are resolved in a timely manner
- Setup and configure computer systems and applications for new users.
- Coordinate with MSP for regular updates of computers (Windows and other tools updates).
- Support procurement of computers by performing due diligence.
- Liaise with hardware vendors to get issues resolved.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology/Computer Science.
- Proficiency in Windows OS. Office365, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
- Experience in supporting other software such as VPN, Dropbox, Google Drive etc.
- Good understanding of basic computer hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Power Automate.
- Self-motived with strong work ethic.
- Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and procedures quickly.
- Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
