Overview of the role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is for someone who wants to learn and thrive while contributing to our business values innovation.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist with the management of warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving.
  • Contribute to a dynamic team by filling shipment orders in a timely and effective manner.
  • Adhere to company values of quality, innovation, and comfort.
  • Use RF scanning technology to document carton-level information, including condition, quantity, and location in the warehouse.
  • Monitor systems to ensure that all orders are received.
  • Check inventory regularly.
  • Move inventory for delivery according to truck and stop number.
  • Unload products from freight trucks and organize them within the warehouse

What you’ll need

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Ability to work strategically as part of a team
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and environments.
  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds without assistance
  • Ability to stand comfortably for six or more hours at a time
  • Familiarity with computers and technology to print labels
  • Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service
  • Experience in operating a forklift is a plus

  • Basic computer skills for email, order processing, reporting, and UPS shipping labels.
  • Strong attention to detail when picking, packing, receiving, and shipping products.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a warehouse team and communicate with supervisors.
  • Dependable, responsible, and able to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Success in This Role Will Look Like

  • Accurately receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products with minimal errors.
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy through proper stocking, labeling, and cycle counting procedures.
  • Consistently meeting productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
  • Following all company safety policies and operating warehouse equipment safely.
  • Keeping work areas clean, organized, and compliant with warehouse standards.
  • Demonstrating reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to support operational goals.
  • Adapting to changing priorities and assisting in various warehouse functions as needed.
  • Contributing to a positive team environment by collaborating with coworkers and supporting shared objectives.
  • Helping ensure on-time order fulfillment and excellent service to internal and external customers.
