We are currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent who is energetic, professional, and passionate about helping clients while growing our agency.

The Licensed Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for generating new business, servicing existing clients, educating customers on insurance products, and identifying opportunities to provide comprehensive insurance solutions through Farmers Insurance.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a customer-focused sales environment.

• Quote and sell Farmers personal and commercial insurance products.
• Develop new business through referrals, networking, inbound leads, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and general service needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
• Meet agency production and customer service expectations.
• Represent Advantixx Insurance Group professionally in the community.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Previous insurance sales or customer service experience.
• Active Nevada Life & Health License.
• Experience with CRM or insurance agency software.
• Sales experience in a commission or goal-driven environment.
