What You'll Do:

• Help manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Read and apply construction plans and specs.
• Keep everything safe and compliant.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Report progress to the project leader.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering
• 5 years of commercial construction experience (metal framing, drywall, and other related specialty construction is a plus)
• Valid Virginia Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check

• Knowledge of building materials, methods, and tools
• Math whiz (arithmetic, algebra, geometry)
• Blueprint reading skills
• Top-notch communication and problem-solving abilities
• Tech-savvy (Procore knowledge is a plus)
• Strong safety focus (CPR/First Aid, OSHA 30 certifications)
