Pay: $20/hr

Nestled in the heart of Santa Monica, Èlephante transports guests to the sun-soaked shores of Southern Italy. With breathtaking ocean views and a vibrant atmosphere, we offer an unforgettable dining experience inspired by coastal Mediterranean flavors.

We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and detail-oriented Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their experience—ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and elevated dining experience from the moment they arrive.

• Greet and guide guests to their designated tables as directed by the maître d’.
• Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance and host stand.
• Ensure all Department of Health and company sanitation standards are met.
• Assist with answering guest inquiries, coat check (if applicable), and general guest needs.
• Prepare and organize menus for service.
• Assist with side work, opening/closing procedures, and team support as needed.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and actively engage in ongoing training.

• Previous experience as a host in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or nightclub.
• Strong hospitality skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Physically able to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs.), and bend for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
