About This Position

Who We Are

For more than 50 years, our mission has been to protect working families by ensuring they have access to the benefits and support they deserve. We proudly partner with thousands of unions and associations across North America and are the only organization in our industry to carry a 100% union label. Our focus has always been simple: deliver peace of mind through trust, reliability, and care.

The Role

This isn’t just another remote position—it’s a chance to build a meaningful career that creates lasting impact. You’ll work directly with union members who have requested information about their benefits. Your job is to guide them, answer their questions, and make sure they feel confident in their choices.

On a typical day, you’ll meet with members by phone or video call, schedule consultations, explain benefit programs in plain language, handle follow-up, and complete required documentation. Each interaction matters because the protection you provide directly supports the financial security of hardworking families.

Why Join Us
  • Earn While You Learn – Weekly pay with bonuses (first-year average ~$55K)

  • Growth Opportunities – Clear pathways to leadership and management roles

  • Flexibility – Build a schedule that fits your lifestyle

  • Work From Anywhere – 100% remote with full digital tools and support

  • Long-Term Stability – Residual income through client renewals

  • Health Coverage – Comprehensive benefits package included

  • Training & Mentorship – Personalized guidance to help you succeed from day one

  • Recognition & Incentives – Annual company-paid trips to destinations like Puerto Rico, Cancun, Disney, Las Vegas, and the Bahamas

What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organization and time-management abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations is an advantage—but not required

  • A people-first attitude and willingness to learn

Ready to build a career where you can grow, earn, and make a difference? Apply today and take the first step toward a future with purpose.
