Weāre looking for a PLS-Survey Project Manager to join our Lake Oswego Survey Team ā someone whoās ready to lead, solve problems, and shape projects from the ground up. š What You'll Be Doing
⢠Lead survey projects from start to finish, working directly with clients, field crews, and office staff
⢠Supervise research, computations, fieldwork, and drafting
⢠Troubleshoot field issues and ensure high-quality data collection and analysis
⢠Oversee survey standards and processes across the team
⢠Conduct boundary research and resolutions under PLS review
⢠Prepare detailed cost estimates and scopes for proposals
⢠Collaborate closely with internal teams to keep projects on track and clients informed

ā What You Bring
⢠Licensed PLS (4+ years preferred; OR license a strong plus)
⢠6+ years of combined field and office survey experience
⢠Proven client-facing and business development experience
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⢠Strong problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude
⢠Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, point cloud processing, and Trimble equipment a bonus
⢠Experience with municipal/government projects is a plus
