Description

The IT Manager leads the IT Department to deliver cost-effective, reliable, and secure technical solutions that enhance customer experience, increase revenue, and reduce costs.

This is a full time, in-person position in Owatonna, MN.

What will you be doing:

1) IT Projects completed on time and within approved spending

2) Responsible for software and department costs

3) Application Reliability & Security

4) IT Team Responsiveness

5) IT Help Desk Ticket Root Causes Addressed

6) Data & Reporting Accuracy

7) Backups for All Team Members

8) IT Team Performance:

1. Bachelors degree in a technical related field from an accredited university/college and/or significant work experience

2. Minimum 5 years success working in the information technology field and 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in a progressive team environment required

3. Demonstrated success leading technologies associated with enterprise applications including ERP and WMS

4. NetSuite, Oracle, Manhattan ILS and Linux experience, preferred

Projected salary of $125,800 - $165,650
