As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled Video Monitoring Agent to join our team. This is an in-office position.
Work Schedule:
Our Security Monitoring Center operates 24/7, 365 days a year. This position is for the following work schedule. Please do not apply if you cannot work this exact schedule.
Week 1: 1900-0700 (Thurs-Sunday)
Week 2: 1900-0700 (Friday-Sunday)
Job Summary:
As a Video Monitoring Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to relay all alarm/alerts to our internal operator team and provide exceptional customer support throughout the process. This position requires excellent communication skills, vigilance, ability to interact professionally with clients at all times, ability to sit for long periods of time and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and track the status of service requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of service requests.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in customer service is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a group setting.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
