Administrative Support | 30%
- Coordinate course schedules, faculty contract loads, and catalog/website updates.
- Provide orientation and administrative support for MFT faculty and adjuncts.
- Manage client appointments, room scheduling, payments, deposits, and front-desk reception.
- Maintain program files and office systems, ensuring clinic and program forms are available.
- Support daily operations, including mail distribution, supply orders, space reservations, and facility requests.
- Track budget reports and assist in preparing expense submissions in compliance with university policy.
Prepare practicum and internship packets; track student placements.
Maintain student academic and clinical files.
Provide logistical support for the MFT Advisory Board, open houses, orientations, and training events.
Assist faculty in acquiring course materials and program resources.
Draft flyers, handouts, and materials for student events.
Coordinate therapy suite recordings and support faculty-student events.
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise student workers; oversee timecards and payroll processes.
Monitor and forecast departmental and program budgets; advise on purchasing decisions.
Process requisitions, reimbursements, and purchasing card reports.
Collect, organize, and maintain assessment data for program accreditation.
Track required assessments, syllabi, and student records each term.
Assist with annual reports, accreditation self-studies, and site visit preparation.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the mission and goals of the MFT program and the School of Health Sciences.

- Supervisory experience with student or staff employees.
Schedule
Full-time (.75 FTE) | 12 months | 30 hours per week
