Estimator – Project Manager at Top Tier Reps LLC – Evansville, Indiana

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing industrial construction team in Evansville, Indiana.

This role plays a critical part in delivering multimillion-dollar projects and offers high earnings potential and advancement opportunities.

Salary for this role: $120,000 base, + bonus, company car, and gas allowance

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience managing $10M+ industrial construction projects

• A strong background in construction management or skilled trades

• Excellent leadership and scheduling capabilities

• Experience working across multiple trades and disciplines

• Lead and manage industrial construction projects from planning to closeout

• Direct subcontractors and coordinate self-performed labor

• Maintain and update project schedules using PM software

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and ISO9001:2015 standards

• Handle risk management and issue resolution

• Perform administrative project management tasks

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction

• Proven track record with projects valued at $10M+

• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent trade experience

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
