We're looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) who will be the warm, welcoming face and friendly voice of our veterinary practice. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating positive experiences for both pets and their people — from the first phone call to the final farewell at checkout.

You’ll wear many hats throughout the day, including:

• 📞 Answering a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and compassion

• 📅 Scheduling and confirming appointments

• 💊 Handling prescription requests (in person, over the phone, and via fax)

• 🖥️ Updating electronic patient records and uploading medical files/images

• 💳 Checking in/out patients and managing payments

• 💬 Collaborating with doctors and technicians to support client needs

• 📚 Educating pet owners about our products, services, and wellness plans
