Keller Trucking is hiring for a Parts Coordinator.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Order inventory and special-order parts daily.
• Manage parts inventory and perform weekly cycle counts
• Manage new tire inventory and retread orders
• Process, submit, and track in-house warranty claims
• Perform regular cost analysis to ensure we are receiving competitive parts pricing
• Maintain parts vendor relationships
• Track special order parts and communicate with fleet managers and drivers on part status
• Track and process core returns
• Manage toll pass assignments and deactivation
• Maintain a clean and organized parts room
• Complete miscellaneous maintenance reporting as needed
• Owner-operator repair billing
• Miscellaneous data entry
• Fill in for maintenance admin team as needed.

Special Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience
• 1-2 years of truck maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of computers and programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
