Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Restoration Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning and restoration services for residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.

- Clean and restore affected areas, including carpets, upholstery, and hard surfaces.

- Utilize specialized equipment and cleaning products safely and effectively.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in restoration, cleaning, or a related field is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.

Candidate must possess a valid NYS Driver's license. Candidate should have good communication skills and be detail oriented. Must be able to work independently and with a team.
