About This Position

Description:

The Accelerated Management Program (AMP) is a two-year rotational program designed to develop the next generation of leaders at J. Lorber Co. Participants rotate through key areas of the business—including operations, sales, supply chain, distribution, and branch management—to build a comprehensive foundation in both customer-facing and operational roles. Upon successful completion, participants are placed into a management role within the organization.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Rotate through assignments in sales, operations, supply chain, and branch management.
  • Contribute to day-to-day operations and drive process improvements.

  • Analyze business data and present recommendations to management.
  • Take ownership of projects that prepare you for leadership placement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (or in final year of study).
  • Strong interest in a management career in distribution, sales, or operations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership ability (through academics, work experience, or extracurriculars).
  • Ability to adapt to varied roles and responsibilities during rotations.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
